this is a picture of the USS New Jersey which is the ship that we replaced in the fleet.
This is a picture of the USS Connole DE 1056-one of the first vessels that I served on-
it was decommissioned and scrapped later. I made several Caribbean Cruises on this vessel and got to visit several of
the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.
This is not the ship that I served on but is a very similar model that looks a lot like it-I just do not remember the
name of the vessel as I was not on the ship for very long-
I have served as a deckhand on numerous offshore supply vessels like these.
